• WhereToGoTunisia logo, design, and original content are our property
• AI-generated itineraries remain your personal use content
• Venue data is sourced from third parties (primarily Google Places)

User Content

• You retain rights to any content you submit (reviews, photos)
• By submitting content, you grant us license to use it to improve our Service
• You warrant that submitted content doesn't violate third-party rights

Service Accuracy

• Itineraries are suggestions based on available data
• We don't guarantee venue hours, prices, or availability
• Local conditions may affect recommendations

No Warranties
